Keeley & Isabelle

Celebration

Keeley received a certificate at the whole-school assembly on Friday. She earned it for her fantastic effort and learning in Maths this year.

Maths

In Maths, we have been learning about measuring and what the perimeter of a shape is.
In groups, we used meter rulers to find the perimeter of Tree Island, Room 11 and the Junior Playground.

Dojo Point Winners

Congratulations to this week's Dojo point winners:
Shavaun, Daniel W and Max!

Measured It

This week we have been measuring.  Indoors and outdoors.  Not as easy as we thought it would be.

Library Roadshow

Today we had a visit from the Auckland Library Roadshow. We were entertained, some people participated and we all learned some new things.

The World Of Science

Today we used the magic of science to do a trick. With our buddies, we were able to pick up some ice using a piece of string, some water, and salt. We were not allowed to use our hands.
